Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. When you place an order with us, you are agreeing to all of our policies in full.
The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or there is a verified problem with your order. In that rare case, please email us at woodflag@outlook.com within 24 hours of your order arriving. Any request made after 24 hours will be considered invalid and will not be accepted.
We take every order seriously and each flag is handcrafted with care — what you see is what you get. Refunds are only considered in the absolute rarest of situations and are never guaranteed. We encourage all customers to review their order carefully before purchasing.
